Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Overview: The Wheel Advantage Dealer Rewards program (the “Program”) is offered by Counteract Balancing Beads Inc (“we” or “us”) to eligible dealers or fleets purchasing Counteract products in case quantities in Canada and the US.
  2. Participation: Participation in the Program is voluntary. By participating in the Program, dealers or fleets agree to these terms and conditions and consent to receive email communications from Counteract regarding the Program and other marketing emails.  The participant can opt out of marketing email communications at any time.
  3. Eligibility: The Program is open to dealers or fleets purchasing Counteract products in case quantities in Canada and the US who meet the eligibility criteria set by Counteract. Counteract reserves the right to determine eligibility and to modify the eligibility criteria at any time.
  4. Earning Points: Dealers or fleets can earn points by purchasing select Counteract products in case quantities as specified by Counteract. Points are awarded based on the value of qualifying purchases and are subject to verification by Counteract.
  5. Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for Counteract Wheel Advantage Rewards. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Counteract reserves the right to add or remove rewards, or to alter reward values at any time. Reward redemption is subject to availability.
  6. Proof of Purchase: Counteract reserves the right to request proof of purchase for any points earned or redeemed. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in the forfeiture of points.
  7. Participation of Distributors and QR Code Voucher Inclusion: Please note that participation in the Wheel Advantage Dealer Rewards Program is at the discretion of individual distributors. As such, not all distributors may choose to participate in the program. Consequently, Counteract products distributed through non-participating distributors will not include the Wheel Advantage Reward QR Code Vouchers.We encourage dealers to verify the participation status of their distributors to ensure they receive the full benefits of the Wheel Advantage Dealer Rewards Program, including the QR Code Vouchers.
  8. Program Changes: Counteract reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Counteract may also modify these terms and conditions, including the point redemption structure, at its discretion.
  9. Email Privacy: Counteract agrees not to share, sell, or distribute email addresses collected through the Program to any third parties.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Counteract is not liable for any errors, omissions, or disruptions in the Program. Counteract’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the dealer or fleet is located.

  13. By participating in the Program, dealers or fleets acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
